From Thursday 7th January there will be no public weekday Masses at St Stephen’s and St Bridget’s until the end of the lockdown. Fr John will still celebrate weekday Masses in private.
The public Mass celebrating the Epiphany at St Bridget’s on Wednesday 6th January at 10am will go ahead as planned.
Sunday Mass times remain unchanged and we intend to restart video Sunday Masses on the website and YouTube channel as soon as possible.
A reminder that we will not be recording a Mass for the website from now on, unless churches are directed to close once again.

With the move to Tier 4 restrictions in Warrington our churches remain open in accordance with Government guidelines. Public Masses will be held as published in the newsletter.

A Christmas Mass will be available on the parish website and YouTube channel on the evening of Christmas Eve, with a video Mass for the Feast of the Holy Family available from Saturday evening.

St Stephen’s and St Bridget’s will be open for Mass from this coming weekend.
On Sunday 6 December St Stephen’s Mass is at 9.45am, St Bridget’s Mass is at 11.30am
The same restrictions that were in place before still remain.
Please make sure you have a mask with you when you arrive. This must be worn inside the church at all times.
Please note: the heating system at St Stephen’s is still causing problems so please be aware that the building may be extremely cold on Sunday.
The engineers are working to fix this as soon as possible.
